WisprCare covers accidental damage to your Wispr Digital Otoscope. If your Wispr is damaged and covered by WisprCare, there will be a $99 deductible charge for a replacement Wispr.
WiscMed will send you a replacement Wispr instead of repairing and returning your original Wispr. Once you receive the replacement, you will receive a return label and we kindly ask that you return the original, non-functioning WISPR to us. This ensures a faster and more efficient resolution for you. Contact us to receive the deductible link to pay.
If your Wispr Digital Otoscope is not covered by WisprCare, WisprCare emergency coverage will need to be purchased to receive a replacement Wispr Digital Otoscope. Contact us to receive the WisprCare emergency coverage link.
