Your Wispr may be running on an older version of software. Check your software version.
Starting with software version .091, WiscMed made performance improvements to database processing on the Wispr. If your Wispr seems to be taking longer to turn on, it is likely because you are running an older version of the software.
WiscMed recommends upgrading to the latest version of the software for your Wispr. Upgrading the software is straightforward and only takes a few minutes.
NOTE: Changing your software version deletes all images and videos stored on your Wispr. Make sure to save required images and videos prior to changing software versions. Learn more on saving images and videos.
If you have any questions about the upgrade process, call us at 608-729-7234. We are here to help.
