There are three ways to accomplish this.
- You can download the image to the Wispr’s built-in USB. From there, you can import the image into your EMR using the EMR-supplied method.
- You can use a “WiFi enabled USB drive” to transfer images from the Wispr to a smart phone. A mobile version of the EMR can then upload the images to the patient record. WiscMed has verified that the Sandisk Connect works with the Wispr.

3. Many WiscMed customers use a mobile (smart phone) version of their EMR to “take a picture of the image” on the Wispr screen. This mobile image can then be uploaded using the EMR mobile software. An example of this would be Haiku from the EMR vendor Epic.
